Turnkey office renovation

The most common practice in the commercial sector is turnkey office renovation. This approach means that this task is solved by one contractor. The advantage of such a solution will be time savings during the organization of all processes: there is no need to look for an executor for each type of work.

The advantage will be the high quality of processing. By involving specialists in the reconstruction of the facility, you provide unified control over the performance of all operations — from dismantling to finishing. It should be taken into account that all teams work on a single project, and time is not wasted on agreeing on disputed issues.

There is also financial gain. It is achieved through wholesale centralized procurement of materials. In addition, for a large volume of work, the price per square meter for office renovation works will be lower.

How is the price for office renovation calculated

The price for turnkey office renovation depends on several parameters, the main one of which is the area. Stages of repair of commercial premises

The list of operations performed during the repair of an office or other commercial premises depends on the approved design project. We work according to the following scheme:

  • First, the representative of the contractor company inspects the premises and studies the technical documentation (drawings, diagrams of engineering networks).

  • Based on the collected information and customer requirements, our engineers create a design project. This document must undergo the stages of agreement and approval.

  • Building and finishing materials are selected according to the approved scheme. A contract is formed with an agreed price and estimate. In offices and other premises designed for the permanent presence of people, materials with minimal toxicity and high resistance to wear and tear are used.

  • The office is being prepared for reconstruction - the dismantling of the old decoration, worn-out communications, which are subject to replacement of windows or doors, is being carried out.

  • The most time-consuming "dirty" operations are performed: replacing windows and doors, pouring screeds, laying pipes and wires, installing partitions according to the updated layout.

  • The next stage is decoration. It involves leveling the walls, ceilings and floors in the room. Instead of leveling, walls or ceilings can be decorated with decorative panels - in this case, a metal frame is installed on the base (installation of additional heat and sound insulation is possible).

  • Finishing work is less time-consuming, but more painstaking. Their list includes finishing the walls (with paint, wallpaper or decorative plaster), laying the floor covering, installing plinths, gutters and cornices for curtains or blinds. At the final stage, lighting devices, sockets and switches are installed in the office.

Turnkey office reconstruction, in addition to actual repair work, may also include the removal of construction debris, the removal and return of furniture, or other operations.
